AVALOS is a self-directed café concept exploring hospitality through repetition, custom detailing, and a consistent formal language.

A sequence of arches, intimate seating niches, and sculpted millwork establish a sense of rhythm throughout the space, transforming everyday acts of gathering, conversation, and coffee service into a more ritualized experience. Warm material tones, softened geometries, and custom furniture and lighting reinforce an atmosphere that encourages visitors to slow down, linger, and engage more intentionally with the space.

The project has progressed through concept design and schematic design and is currently in design development. Ongoing work includes elevations, millwork detailing, material studies, and the continued refinement of the project's custom furniture and lighting elements.
